Slab sawing, cutting or coring of concrete can leave holes or gaps that need to be filled. After the removal work has served its purpose, Trueline Concrete Cutting and Coring can replace the concrete to seal the holes created and make the new concrete match the old. We can replace trenches created for utilities such as plumbing or electrical work and can work in confined spaces or open parking lots.
Scanning
With new build construction and renovation projects, the likelihood of needing to cut or core a concrete slab is high. There is inherent risk of striking rebar, electrical and communications conduits, and post tension cables during cutting, coring or drilling process. The cost of such mistakes can be prohibitive. Already thin budgets can be broken, and the incident can cause havoc into your schedule and create a safety hazard for your employees. Our well-trained, skilled, experienced technicians respond quickly to service requests, especially when your need for concrete scanning is a last-minute discovery. The end result is professional, accurate and timely scanning.

Wall Sawing
Wall sawing is performed on vertical surfaces when a new doorway, window or HVAC openings are needed. Wall sawing employs a diamond blade on a track-mounted system that can be used for vertical or horizontal cuts. These saws run on hydraulic or electric power and are also commonly referred to as concrete track saws. Wall sawing allows for precise cuts in both concrete and masonry structures.
Wall sawing can be performed on on material up to 30″ deep. Cutting can also be performed from both sides of the wall, giving a total depth of up to 60″. If your opening requires a specific angle through the concrete, we can accommodate.
Typical Applications Include:
- Straight, smooth finished openings in walls, ceilings, and floors
- Accurately sized, fixture ready openings
- Bevel cutting for a chamfered edge
- Flush cutting against the surface
- Openings cut thru reinforced concrete, precast concrete, brick, cinderblock, and other structural materials
- Openings cut thru floors and walls
- Openings cut for doors, windows, dock levelers, crawl space access, brick ledges, ducts and pipes thru floors and walls
We can cut to remove part or all of existing walls and curb and openings for large diameter pipes.
We use diesel hydraulic, electric hydraulic and air powered saws
We can cut to a maximum depth of 27” from one side

Slab Sawing
Diamond Slab Sawing is a quick and safe method of cutting asphalt and overlay or concrete. Slab Sawing can eliminate jackhammering and greatly reduce dust for easy removal and clean-up. Cuts up to 15″ deep can be made with electric, gas or diesel equipment. From curb removal, street widening, trenches and slab repair concrete sawing produces straight and clean edges.
Coring
Core drilling is often described as the procedure of generating accurate circular cuts in concrete for a number of applications. Our experienced staff uses many different concrete cutting techniques based on the needs of the job.
We use diamond core drills to precisely cut through concrete smoothly and efficiently. Our state-of-the-art diamond cutting innovations to help make our work as accurate as possible. We carefully cut large or small, square-or rectangle-shaped incisions inside surface concrete or perhaps even slab concrete.
We cut round holes through reinforced concrete, precast concrete, asphalt, brick, cinder block, and other structural materials. Holes can be cut in a complete range of diameters, at any angle required, and at any thickness required. Depending on the need, holes can be cut thru walls, floors or even ceilings for electrical, plumbing, heating, sewer, sprinklers, and other unique applications.
